The ground rules for using VidaBelle — clear, fair, and built to protect everyone in the community.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VidaBelle platform at vidabelle.com, including profiles, portfolios, matching, community spaces, and related services. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
You agree not to use VidaBelle to:
We may investigate suspected violations and act as described in Section 7.
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you upload — photographs, videos, designs, and other creative work. We claim no ownership over your work.
To operate the platform, however, you grant VidaBelle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, display, and distribute your uploaded content solely in connection with operating, securing, and promoting the platform — for example, rendering your portfolio or featuring work within platform showcases. When your content is deleted from the platform, this license ends, except that copies reasonably necessary for backups or legal compliance may persist temporarily.
You confirm you hold all rights and releases (including model and property releases) needed for the content you upload, and you are responsible for it.
Collaborations and bookings arranged through the platform are contracts made directly between members. VidaBelle is not a party to those agreements, does not employ creators, does not supervise engagements, and makes no guarantee about the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any collaboration. Each member is solely responsible for agreeing on scope, deliverables, usage rights, compensation, and professional conduct with the other party.
Platform fees and commissions may apply to bookings and commercial projects, as described on our Pricing page before you commit. Payment processing for such transactions is handled by our payment provider. Where disputes arise, we encourage members to resolve them directly first; we may offer moderation assistance but do not adjudicate private contracts.
VidaBelle works because its members treat each other with professionalism and respect. Engage honestly, credit collaborators fairly, honor agreed commitments, and report behavior that violates these Terms. Repeated or serious misconduct undermines the entire community and will be acted upon.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk, or harm the community — ordinarily with notice, though immediate action may be taken where required for safety or legal reasons. Upon termination, the license to your remaining content ends as described in Section 4, and provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, governing law) remain in effect.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep VidaBelle reliable and secure, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from these Terms; nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or other liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For business users, the courts of Munich, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may bring claims in the courts of your residence where applicable law so provides.
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or through a clear notice on the platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
